Can I change my dates?
We understand that your plans might change upon arrival at your destination, and that you may need to reschedule your tour with our FIAT 500 Classica. There is no problem.
Send us an email to info@rome500exp.com with your modification/cancellation request and we will make the changes requested. For cancellations made before 48 hours from the tour planned, we will reimburse you the full amount of the reservation. if the cancellation is made within 48 hours from the date of the tour, there will be not be any refund of the cost of the tour.
Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends.
Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day.
(Working days: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Rome).
